You can tell us everything (warts and all) and we will listen to you, without judgement. We know what it is like when you have a dog who is exhibiting challenging behaviours, especially when everyone else seems to have a dog who is perfectly behaved. We will let you into a little secret – they don’t! You may notice lots of dogs out walking nicely with their owners, gazing up at them and hanging off their every word, but for every one of those that you see there will be a whole lot more who drag their owners on walks, bark at dogs/people/anything that moves, jump up people, run off when their lead is unclipped or steal things around the home and refuse to give them back.
The good news is that you are not alone, and we can help you.
Our 121 packages are designed to help you with a variety of issues, using science-based, ethical methods to help you to achieve your goals. We will support you every step of the way, so that you feel empowered to begin to enjoy your life with your dog again.
One to One Training at Home
Do you like the idea of receiving training in your own home? Do you feel that classes are restrictive and do not particularly meet your needs? Would you like some bespoke training goals?
With our 121 training at home package a trainer will come out to you and deliver either the curriculum of our classes or your bespoke training goals (or a combination of the two). The benefits of training in your own home include:
- 1-2-1 support from one of the team
- Familiarity of your home environment can aid your dog’s learning
- Flexibility around session dates/times
- Less distractions for your canine friend
- Opportunity to discuss any canine concerns
This will be conducted via 4 x 45 minute sessions in your own home, with a follow-up email after each session detailing what we have covered, along with supporting training videos.

Train and Walk
One of our trainers will take your dog out for each session, and you will be invited to watch and join in with some of the sessions. Our training walks package includes the following:
- 6 x 50 minute training sessions with one of our trainers (45 minutes of training and 5 minutes at the end to hand over to you)
- A personalised walking plan with goals set for you
- Support via WhatsApp
- A guided walk on weeks 2, 4 and 6 where you can come along and see what we are doing with training, should you wish to
- A full handover on week 6
- Intense, focussed support
Our training walks are an excellent choice for people who would like someone else to take the lead (so to speak!) with their dog’s training. They are ideal for training issues where perhaps you struggle to find time, or you feel you lack the skills or knowledge to help you to reach your goal. Common issues that can be tackled with training walks include:
- Getting your dog to walk nicely on the lead instead of pulling you
- Getting your dog to come back when called
- General training to teach your dog different behaviours that you want them to be able to do in different environments (“obedience”, e.g. sit, down, stay, leave etc.)
- Puppy socialisation (see our puppies page)
- Low-level reactivity, working in conjunction with an existing training plan
Should you wish to book additional sessions then you can either book another block of 6 or take individual sessions on an ad hoc basis @ £45.00 each.
If you like the idea of training walks but would prefer to be present during all of the walks then this is absolutely fine, and you are welcome to accompany us. If a training walk occurs when you are out of your house and you are not available for the handover then the handover can be provided via a short email or voice note.

One to One Behaviour Packages
Standard Behaviour Package
For more complex behavioural issues we would recommend our 121 behaviour package. This is suitable for a range of issues, but may include the following:
- Reactivity (e.g. barking and lunging at dogs, people, vehicles etc.)
- Resource guarding
- Multi-dog issues (e.g. fighting, guarding spaces etc.)
- Indoor toileting
- Excessive humping
- Mouthing
- Excessive barking
- Anxiety/fearfulness
- Inappropriate greetings of people
- Issues with children and dogs (see also our KAD page)
- Noise sensitivities
- Any other behavioural issue not listed above. If we cannot help you then we will refer you to someone who can
Our behaviour package includes the following:
- Pre-consultation questionnaire: this is for us to get a detailed history and a complete picture of your dog’s life before we even meet you. We will likely also ask you to get your dog checked by a vet first to ensure that there are no underlying medical issues that could be contributing towards your dog’s behaviour.
- Initial consultation in your home: this will likely last anywhere between 1-3 hours. We will spend time gathering more information about you and your dog to try and get to the bottom of why they are behaving in the way that they are as well as explaining the reasons your dog is behaving they way they are. During this session we will provide you with some management tools, combined with some initial training steps for you to start work on.
- Written action plan: this will be emailed to you within one week of your initial consultation and will include details of what we discussed. We will include the information on what we have asked you to start implementing, and there may be links to supporting video footage of training exercises and/or pictures/graphics as well.
- First follow-up session (1-1.5 hours): this may take place in your home or in another mutually agreed location (depending on the issue). It usually occurs around 2-3 weeks after your initial session, but this length of time can vary depending on the issue and how you are getting on. During this session we will catch up on how things are going, review what you have been working on and set further training/behaviour goals. This is followed by an email overview along with any supporting training videos
- Second follow-up session (1-1.5 hours): Similar to the first follow-up session, we will meet in a mutually agreed location, review what you have been doing and set further goals or make tweaks to the plan followed by an email overview.
- 3 months free telephone/email/WhatsApp support: This is an invaluable way of you communicating with us during the time that we work with you. You can send us questions, videos, updates etc. all to help you on your way. Behaviour modification in not linear so there will be lots of ups and downs along the journey to change your dog’s behaviour – it might be that you want feedback for the training that you are implementing or to celebrate by sending us a video of your dog walking past another dog without barking for the first time, or maybe you have had a tough week and need someone to cry down the phone to – we don’t mind, we are here to share the journey with you.
